In 2009, David and Jodi Markham of Gibson, Iowa took a leap of faith and started Markham’s Foam, LLC. Together, they worked to build an insulation business that stretched across the Midwest, providing countless homeowners and businesses with premium services.

In 2018, paths crossed between Dave and John Bennett (HALO Companies), and Dave became the preferred insulation contractor for John’s projects. Over time, a friendship was developed, and little did they know what the future held.

In 2022, Dave passed the baton to John with the acquisition of Markham’s Foam and the inception of HALO Thermal Protection. Dave remains part of the journey as general manager of HTP, and his legacy continues to grow through the numerous lives his hard work (and big heart) has impacted.

Since then, HTP has continued to grow and enter into additional streams of the market. In short, we are a team of individuals looking to serve others with the talents we’ve been given.
